======= KEYMACRO is a command line tool to launch interactive macros in Windows. It is a replacement for the keyboard combination Ctrl+Alt+X which, among other things, allows the user to launch Windows Explorer in full-screen mode or start a command-line system administrator tool. It is therefore useful to administrators and power users. Command-Line syntax: :recursion :exit The example below launches the display the file manager (Windows Explorer) in full-screen mode and then runs the macro "ls". This will execute the ls command in Windows Explorer, which should give you the output: C:\truecrypt\documents\INFORMART\file\Administrator> KEYMACRO:recursion C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt> KEYMACRO:exit ls There are currently no items in the current directory You can add your own macros in the "Macros" sub-folder of your Truecrypt directory. The example below adds the macro "dir" to do the same thing as "dir" in Windows Explorer: C:\truecrypt\documents\INFORMART\file\Administrator> KEYMACRO:recursion C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt> KEYMACRO:dir C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt> ls You can also call "dir" in a Windows Explorer window by holding down the Ctrl and Alt keys, and pressing the X key. Some keyboard shortcuts are: Alt+A Go to the Root of the Truecrypt container Alt+R Open a Truecrypt container Alt+W Go to the desktop Alt+O Open a Truecrypt file container Alt+S Show the Truecrypt safe storage interface For more information on the Windows environment, see: Accessing C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\TrueCrypt\TrueCrypt:
